Developing Dedicated Followers of Jesus Christ

Meet our Staff

Pastor Andy Rice
Pastor Andy and his wife, Carrie, began attending Faith Church in the summer of 2006, just a few weeks after they got married.  For almost three years they served in various capacities while Andy attended Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (MANT, MATH) and Carrie taught at Faith Christian School in Gloucester.  During his time at seminary Andy sensed God's leading into pastoral ministry at the same time that Faith Church's search for a pastor turned to him.  In September 2009 the church called Andy to be their pastor.   In addition to degrees from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Andy earned a Certificate in Bible at the Berkshire Institute for Christian Studies (BICS) and a Bachelor of Science in Bible from Lancaster Bible College.
The Rices are both native New Englanders ~ Carrie grew up in Aroostook County in Maine, and Andy spent most of his formative years in central Massachusetts.  They are the parents of four wonderful children: Jadon, Madelynn, Josiah, and Levi.  In addition to homeschooling and participating in the music and children's ministry of the church, Carrie's interests include music, scrapbooking, and blogging.  Andy enjoys following the Red Sox, Celtics and Patriots.   Together they share a passion for God, for his Word, and for his glorious gospel.
Pastor Joshua Duncan
Pastor Joshua has served on staff at Faith Church since October 2002. He began as the Minister of Outreach and Youth, but now serves as our Associate Pastor. His particular areas of oversight include Christian Education and Music/Worship. He is married to Melanie and they have three sons, Samuel, Caleb, and Micah.  The Duncans live in Burlington, where Melanie is also schoolteacher.  In addition to their ministry at Faith Church, Josh and Melanie serve with Lion Tracks Ministries, a non-profit Christian ministry that serves churches and camps through teaching and multimedia production.
