MTI programs are designed for students to be theologically formed for ministry through coursework and intentional mentoring while living out their education in their local church and ministry setting.

The body of Christ has been commanded, commissioned and sent by Christ to make disciples, energized by his Spirit to advance his kingdom. We don’t believe the church has a mission but that God’s mission has a church. MTI equips individuals within their local churches to be more fruitful in their leadership roles.

Christian Discipleship in a Caring Community - BICS offers a year of spiritual formation and biblical studies for recent high school graduates. Classroom learning, ministry experience, a Bible Lands Seminar, and life long friendships.
